做曲奇的过程   





我还记得那一天我与妈妈一起做曲奇。做曲奇前,我和妈妈便去MJ baker's world 买材料。买了材料后,我们便回家开始做曲奇。做曲奇的过程很好玩,我最喜欢的是割形状,因为我们可以把扁扁的面团割成各种各样的形状,好好玩喔!我现在要把做曲奇的食谱告诉你们。

ingredients(a)
150 unsalted butter
25g brown sugar
100 icing sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
50g peanut butter

ingredients(b)
225g all-purpose flour
30 milk powder
20 corn flour

ingredients(c)
30g ground almond

ingredients(d)
(royal icing,use a whisk to combine)
250g sifted icing sugar
1 egg white
1tsp lemon juice

ingredients(e)
melted chocolate

method

1.Beat (A) till fluffy and light.
2.Sift(b)and fold in lightly with (c) till become dough.
3.Roll the dough into 3mm thickness and use the various sizes
star cookie cutters to shape.Place onto a greased tray,bake for
approximately 20 minutes with temperature of 180'c.
4.Decorate with(d)and(e)when completely cool.
